Adrian Glover

Evaluation Manager

NCRP’s Evaluation Manager Adrian Glover collaborates with staff to develop NCRP’s strategic learning and evaluation systems and practices that support the organization’s efforts to enact our theory of change. A longtime learning and evaluation practitioner and facilitator, Adrian believes in the power of community and social movements to create radical social change and liberated futures.

Adrian leans into culturally responsive, equitable, and participatory learning and evaluation approaches that center relationships and complex systems change. Prior to NCRP, Adrian worked at Creative Research Solutions (CRS) where they engaged in culturally responsive and equitable evaluation and applied research with partners in philanthropy, education, and local government. At CRS, Adrian’s evaluative work spanned collective giving networks; diversity, equity, and inclusion; evaluation capacity building; youth economic opportunity; and philanthropic emergency response. During his undergraduate and graduate years, Adrian worked with a variety of nonprofits including Global Growers Network, CARE USA, Worldreader, and the International Rescue Committee.

Adrian holds a master’s degree in development practice with a concentration in monitoring and evaluation from Emory University and a bachelor’s degree in public health from Brigham Young University. They currently live in the Atlanta, Georgia area with their partner and cat and enjoys reading and learning, going to community events, container gardening, eating local food, and running as a way to move and connect with nature.
