Executive Assistant
Joelle was born in Belgium to a Congolese mother and a Belgian father, and spent her childhood in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
In 1991, she moved back to Belgium. After studying sciences politique at University in Brussels for two years, she enrolled at Les Cours Melius to study communication and management.
In 2009, she moved with her family to Philadelphia, where she was able to engage her passion for coaching soccer. She has a diploma from the UCS-United Soccer Coaches, and is a certified soccer coach. She has coached high school girls soccer teams and a Panamanian team while living in Panama for four years.
She has also led soccer clinics at the Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church in Philadelphia to use soccer as an engine to empower young brown girls.
